- Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- How to start a return: Email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Who pays return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, it's on us.
- Exceptions: Personalized or engraved items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
